OUR ITINERARY
All my Tao Holiday Retreats start at 14:00 pm on the first day and end at 12:00 Noon on the last day. Settle into holiday mode and meet your fellow travelers early, getting to know each other over lunch. Familiarize yourself with your surroundings whilst unwinding from your flight or journey. Please ensure you arrive the day before or at 14:00 pm on the day the retreat starts.
Day 1: Hoi An
Your journey into the Tao begins today. Enjoy lunch with Dr Haya and your fellow retreat members. Your holiday truly begins by exploring the countryside on bicycle - taking in the lush rural scenery and nearby beach as you experience life the local way. Enjoy the sunset before returning to our hotel. In the evening I will share with you what you can expect from the retreat, your optional private sessions and introduce you the delicious local cuisine of Hoi An.
Day 2 - Hoi An
Exercise is regarded as one of the three pillars for keeping sexual health and well-being. This morning your day begins with a morning session of exercise, followed by a leisurely breakfast. The rest of your day is taken up by a guided tour of the charming, historical HoiAn and then your first Tao session, where you will explore the advantages of erotic kissing, which is set to give you a taste of what the Tao has to offer.
Day 3 - Hoi An
For Taoists, loving and touching is an essential form of communication, and it is vital for intimacy. Today’s full day massage workshop will provide you with basic massage skills to share with your partner, offering great benefits in enhancing your sensory development. Taste the delights Hoi An has to offer during a leisurely lunch and free evening.
Day 4 - Hoi An - My Son – Hoi An
The tranquility of love making - constant warmth and joyful loving - was known to the Taoists as the ‘harmony of yin and yang’. Today you will engage in enlightening group exercises which will help each of you find your own yin and yang. This afternoon you will travel
to My Son, the former holy land of the Champa people, before returning to Hoi An for a sensual and stimulating aphrodisiac cooking class.
Day 5 - Hoi An
A full day dedicated to the Tao, with two sessions focusing on ejaculation control and the importance of female satisfaction. The Tao owes its existence largely to the ancient Chinese desire to satisfy women as well as men; when the Tao was first formulated - several thousand years ago - people understood this. For the yin and yang to be in harmony, women as well as men need to be equally and completely satisfied.
Day 6 - Hoi An
Continue your regular morning exercise before delving deeper into the Tao. Today’s learning includes sessions on love positions (four basic positions and twenty six variations!) and an introduction to the practice of a thousand loving thrusts.
Day 7 - Hue
This morning we travel by bus past dramatic scenery - through rural Vietnam, along coastal roads and over mountainous passes to the former Imperial Capital of Hue. Set on the banks of the Perfume River, Hue is a quiet city immersed in Imperial history, being the
home to the former Citadel. The surrounding countryside is dotted with ancient tombs of emperors past.
Day 8 - Hue - Hoi An
We will take the morning to explore this sleepy city at a leisurely pace, visiting Thien Mu Pagoda, and the intriguing tombs of the Nguyen Emperors. We will visit local markets and villages far removed from the mainstream attractions, and then return to Hoi An late afternoon for a farewell dinner.
Day 9 Hoi An
Conclude your retreat with our regular morning exercise, and our last visit to the Tao.
For those staying in town, I will be available for the rest of the day for additional private consultations.
