Day 1: Tel Aviv
If you arrive as a group, a private bus will pick you from Ben Gurion international airport, and transfer you to your hotel in Tel-Aviv. If you arrive by yourself or with a partner, the most easiest way, is to take a taxi from the airport direct to the hotel. Dr.Haya will be waiting to provide you with a warm welcome to Israel. and will assisted with your check-in.
Evening: we will meet at 6pm we at the hotel lobby for a short orientation meeting, then join Dr. Haya for a Complimentary welcome dinner
in the Yemenite Quarter of Tel Aviv. (D)

Day 2 - Tel Aviv
Morning: exercise belly dancing or Israeli dancing, followed by a breakfast
Mid morning: Tao Lecture by Dr. Haya
Lunch: at your own leisure or with the group
Afternoon: enjoy a guided tour to one of Tel Aviv’s jewels - Old Jaffa, In ancient times Jaffa was the main gateway port to Israel and the traditional ambience and appearance has been perfectly preserved. Jaffa has many different roots in history; the Egyptians, Greeks, Phoenicians, the Turks and the English have all left their mark for you to enjoy. Stroll past old stone houses, through narrow winding alleys, fishing ports and the artists’ quarter. View some of the country’s most attractive old churches, which are still used by the city’s Christian community today.

Day 3 - Tel Aviv
Morning: exercise belly dancing or Israeli dancing, followed by a breakfast
Mid morning: Tao Lecture by Dr. Haya
Lunch: at your own leisure or with the group
Afternoon: enjoy a guided tour of Tel-Aviv. Tel Aviv, is the second largest city in Israel, The city is situated on the Israeli Mediterranean coastline, and was the first Hebrew city,was founded in 1909 on the outskirts of the ancient port city of Jaffa. Start with a special visit to Independence Hall, site of David Ben Gurion's monumental proclamation of the State of Israel in May 1948. Visit the Nachalat Binyamin pedestrian mall, with its restored buildings and sidewalk artists, and continue onto the colorful Carmel Market and then to Shenkin, one of Israel's most avant-garde streets

Day 4 - Tel-Aviv - Ein Gadi Spa Resort
Morning: exercise belly dancing or Israeli dancing, followed by a breakfast
Mid morning: Tao Lecture by Dr. Haya
Lunch: group lunch in Tel- Aviv
After lunch: Drive along the beautiful Dead-Sea coastline beside the Judaean desert mountain to Ein Gedi Kibbutz. Ein Gedi Kibbutz, located inside the magical Botanical Gardens on a cliff plateau overlooking the Dead Sea, is a true oasis within the Judaean Desert
Evening: indulge yourself and enjoy the Ein Gedi Spa facilities

Day 5 - Ein Gadi Kibbutz Spa Resort
Morning: exercise belly dancing or Israeli dancing, followed by a breakfast
Mid morning: Tao Lecture by Dr. Haya
Lunch: enjoy a kibbutz style lunch at Ein Gadi Kibbutz
Afternoon: we drive along the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on earth, stopping at Quern to visit the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Continue to Masada - an ancient fortress where the Zealots made their last stand against the Romans.
Evening: free


Day 6 - Ein Gadi - Jerusalem

Morning: exercise belly dancing or Israeli dancing, or other form of exercise, followed by a breakfast
Mid morning: Tao Lecture by Dr. Haya
Lunch: at your or with the group at the kibbutz
After Lunch:
we will take a short drive to Jerusalem, check into hotel
Afterward: A guided tour to Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust, and then go onto the Israel Museum. Visit the Shrine where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed, and see the miniature model of Jerusalem from the time of the Second Temple period.
Evening: free or optional group dinner

Day 7 - Jerusalem
Morning: exercise belly dancing or Israeli dancing, followed by a breakfast
After breakfast : A full day guided tour in Jerusalem. 'Jerusalem, a fascinating city of many contrasts and diversities, in both conflicts and conventions. The world’s holiest city is crammed with churches, relics, mosques and shrines, it is sacred to the world’s largest monotheistic faiths. It is a city where the old and new, the holy and secular, the pure and beautiful, blend into a magical architectural harmony of smells, sights and sounds.
Evening: free

Day 8 - Jerusalem - Tel- Aviv
Morning: exercise belly dancing or Israeli dancing, followed by a breakfast
After breakfast : free for you to enjoy last min shopping in the old city in Jerusalem
Lunch: we can meet as a group at the old city, and from there we will be pick up by our private bus
Afternoon: Return to Tel- Aviv
Evening: free

Day 9 - Tel Aviv
Morning: exercise for the last time, followed by a breakfast
After breakfast: the group will visit the Tao for the last time, overview everything that we have discussed for the last week, and Dr. Haya will answer any extra questions you might have.
Lunch: What better way to finish our visit to the Middle East than with a sensual Middle Eastern cooking class. Food, love and exercise as you know by now are, the three pillars of good health. The group will visit Tel Aviv’s most colourful and intriguing market to explore rich, diverse and authentic food and learn a few of its secrets and explore Israel’s present beliefs about aphrodisiac foods.

Evening: farewell dinner

Day 10 - Tel Aviv
This morning we will meet with dr. Haya for breakfast, say good bye to our new found friends and transfer by our private coach to Ben Gurion International airport for your flight back home. (B)
