OUR ITINERARY
All my Tao Holiday Retreats start at 14:00 pm on the first day and end at 12:00 Noon on the last day. Settle into holiday mode and meet your fellow travelers early, getting to know each other over lunch. Familiarize yourself with your surroundings whilst unwinding from your flight or journey. Please ensure you arrive the day before or at 14:00 pm on the day the retreat starts.
Holy Land retreat always start on Friday and finish on Friday two weeks.
Day 1: Tel Aviv - Friday
Today we will relax, take time to centre ourselves and to meet the Tao. Enjoy lunch and an informal opportunity to meet me and your traveling companions. This afternoon you will be introduced to the Tao before indulging in dinner by the Mediterranean Sea.
Day 2 - Tel Aviv - Sat
Exercise is regarded as one of the three pillars of life and this morning you will exercise with a difference. Belly dancing is extremely sensual, promising to awaken every fibre in your body. Also today you will be introduced to the three basic concepts that distinguish
the Tao from other sex studies. Learning about the Tao at the beginning of your journey is bound to enhance your experience in the Holy Land, as you become open to understanding the magnificent balance. Start your exploration with a special visit to Independence
Hall where the Declaration of Independence of the State of Israel was signed in 1948. and visit to one of Tel Aviv’s jewels - Old Jaffa, the gate port to Israel.
Day 3 - Tel Aviv - Sinai - Sunday
Leave the city behind for a two day adventure in the Sinai Desert. A Bedouin camp will be your home for 2 nights where you will be surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The romance of the desert allows you to feel the balance of yin and yang through the harmony between the Red Sea and the desert mountains. Take one step further into the Tao and understand the importance of deep, erotic kissing. We will explore the advantages of erotic kissing for individual sexual arousal and as a form of sexual communication.
Day 4 - Sinai – Bedouin Camp - Monday
Wake up with gods and take the very personal and spiritual journey to the top of Mount Sinai, the home of the prophets of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Tao’s sense of the brief and temporally insignificant nature of human life is profoundly felt by all who reach the top. The magnificent mountains, formed over millions of years, open the heart to the message of the eternal spirit and force that is the Tao. After brunch take the rest of the day at leisure to rejuvenate after your early start. Tonight enjoy your final night in the desert and celebrate with a Bedouin dinner under the stars.
Day 5 - Petra - Tuesday
Follow in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia and journey to Wadi Rum, a collection of ancient valleys and towering sandstone mountains. Truly a visual feast of outstanding desert landscape which is home to several Bedouin tribes. Delve further into the Tao by understanding the importance of the harmony between yin and yang. The stunning sandstone and Red Sea make for a perfect backdrop. This afternoon continue to Petra.
Day 6 - Petra - Wednesday
After breakfast, visit the remains of the famous Nabatian city, a magnificent lost civilization that lived in such harmony with nature and become famous for their hydraulic engineering. They are regarded as the ancient masters of the desert. We will take a horse back ride along the Siq with a local tour guide. Late afternoon return to our hotel in Petra.
Day 7 - Ein Gedi Kibbutz Spa resort - Thursday
This morning we cross the border to Israel. Drive along the beautiful Dead-Sea beside the Judaean desert mountain to Ein Gedi Kibbutz. Ein Gedi Kibbutz, located inside the magical Botanical Gardens on a cliff plateau overlooking the Dead Sea, is a true oasis within the Judaean Desert. After lunch we will discuss the difference between ancient and Western methods of ejaculation control. For Taoists, ejaculation control is a skill like any other and it takes practice to become proficient. Once mastered thoroughly, the body will adapt to it and it will become the most natural thing in the world.
Day 8 - Ein Gedi Kibbutz Spa resort - Friday
The importance of female sexual satisfaction starts our day, with a morning dedicated to understanding that, for the yin and yang to be in harmony, women as well as men need to be equally and completely satisfied. After lunch we drive along the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on earth, stopping at Quern to visit the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Continue to Massada - an ancient fortress where the Zealots made their last stand against the Romans. This evening indulge yourself and enjoy the Ein Gedi Spa facilities.
Day 9 - Ein Gedi Kibbutz Spa resort - Saturday
The Kibbutz provides a peaceful setting and magnificent landscape to learn basic massage skills you can share with your partner, offering great benefits by enhancing your sensory development. This will be a full day experience.
Day 10 - Jerusalem - Sunday
After breakfast you start your three mystical days in Jerusalem, a fascinating city of many contrasts and diversities, in both conflicts and conventions. The world’s holiest city is crammed with churches, relics, mosques and shrines. Sacred to the world’s largest monotheistic faiths, it is a city where the old and new, the holy and secular, the pure and beautiful, blend into a magical architectural harmony of smells, sights and sounds. Check into our new hotel and enjoy lunch before exploring the old city.
Day 11 - Jerusalem - Monday
Four basic positions and twenty six variations! Learn more about this Taoists belief in a morning Tao session. After lunch visit Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust, and then go onto the Israel Museum. Visit the Shrine where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed, and see the miniature model of Jerusalem from the time of the Second Temple period. Enjoy a free evening.
Day 12 - Jerusalem - Tuesday
Today is yours- you are free to pursue personal interests, or revisit some sites. Some may wish to shop or others may simply watch the day roll by. In the evening we meet for a special dinner.
Day 13 - Tel Aviv - Wednesday
On the way to Tel-Aviv we will stop at the unique abbey of Latroun, were monks have take a vow of silence, since settled there from the 19th century. They live a life of prayer work and contemplation. They produce wine by traditional French methods which you can buy in reasonable prices. Arriving to Tel-Aviv, check in to our hotel. After noon we will have our last Tao session. Enjoy a free evening.
Day 14 - Tel Aviv - Thursday
What better way to finish our visit to the Holy Land than with a sensual Middle Eastern cooking class. Food, love and exercise are the three pillars of good health in the Taoist philosophy. In this cooking class we will explore Israel’s present beliefs about aphrodisiac
foods that enhance sexual drive, and the nutritional value they hold for your sexual energy and well-being. We will visit Tel Aviv’s most colourful and intriguing market to explore rich, diverse and authentic food and learn a few of its secrets.
Day 15 - Tel Aviv - Friday
Before we check out of our hotel and bid farewell to our traveling companions, we will visit the Tao one last time.
For those staying in town, I will be available for the rest of the day for additional private consultations for those who wish.
