OUR ITINERARY
All my Tao Holiday Retreats start at 14:00 pm on the first day and end at 12:00 Noon on the last day. Settle into holiday mode and meet your fellow travelers early, getting to know each other over lunch. Familiarize yourself with your surroundings whilst unwinding from your flight or journey. Please ensure you arrive the day before or at 14:00 pm on the day the retreat starts.
Egypt retreat always start on friday, and finish on friday two weeks.
Day 1: Cairo - Friday
Noon: Check into hotel and meet your group. Today we will relax, take time to centre ourselves and to meet the Tao. This afternoon you will be introduced to the central theme of your holiday retreat and will discuss the fountainhead from which the Tao of Loving springs. Dinner in one of the oldest coffee-lounges in Cairo, Abu El Sid in Zamalek.
Day 2 - Cairo - Sat
Your morning begins with Belly dancing - an excellent exercise which is extremely sensual, promising to awaken every fibre in your body! This will be the routine on most days. Continue your path on the Tao and learn the three basic concepts that distinguish the Tao
from other sex studies. Your exploration of Egypt begins with a sunset camel ride into the desert and ends with a spectacular light show at the pyramids.
Day 3 - Cairo - Sunday
Enjoy a Coptic mass and hear the sound of the pharaohs, of whom the Coptic’s claim to be direct descendants. The instruments, the music and the language you will hear are sounds of ancient Egypt. You will have the rest of the day free to explore the chaos that is Cairo, or simple stroll into one of the many coffee shops and watch the world pass by.
Day 4 - Cairo - Monday
Delve deeper into the Tao with a morning session on erotic kissing. Taoists emphasise the importance of deep, erotic kissing. We will explore the advantages of erotic kissing for individual sexual arousal and as a form of sexual communication, and how to improve your erotic kissing skills. This afternoon, visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, which houses the world’s most exquisite and extensive collection from the ancient Egyptian kingdoms to the Roman period.
Day 5 - Cairo - Tuesday
For Taoists, ejaculation control is a skill like any other and it takes practice to become proficient. Today’s Tao session will focus on the difference between ancient and Western methods. Taste local cuisine at the Egyptian pancake house at Khan al-Khalili market. After lunch you will have the chance to practice your bartering skills in one of the most colourful and popular markets in Cairo. No one can leave Cairo without experiencing the magnificent spiritual performance of the Sufi Whirling dance.
Day 6 - Aswan - Upper Egypt and the Nubia - Wednesday
Leaving Cairo behind we take a short flight to the delightful town of Aswan. Set on the banks of the Nile, Aswan is both dramatic and idyllic. Aswan is a relaxed and easy town to explore, and from here you can watch the Nile squeeze between the Eastern Desert and
the Sahara. This afternoon, learn about the Nubian civilization [a Kingdom once ruled over by Egypt ], at the Nubian museum.
Day 7 - Aswan - Thursday
Fly to Abu Simbel for a half day excursion at the magnificent Abu Simbel - a true labour of love. This Temple of Ramses II and his beloved wife Nefertari, is the most impressive monument in Nubia. Experience Aswan’s exotic souk [market] for a light dinner that will
leave you with enough energy for this evening’s sex-ercise. Aswan’s souk is truly a feast for the senses, filled with bright colours and sweet smells. We will visit one of the spice shops for a short introduction to the world of spices and their health benefits - especially
for sexual health and as a stimulant.
Day 8 - Aswan - Friday
Continue your learning of the Tao. Today’s session teaches you that the yin and yang need to be in harmony - women as well as men need to be equally and completely satisfied. Men need to learn how to observe female satisfaction and how to interpret a women's reaction in love making – this is essential for those who wish to truly practice the Tao. A romantic evening is planned as we travel by boat to visit Philae, which is considered one of Egypt’s most romantic sights.
Day 9 /10 Felucca - Saturday and Sunday
The most unique and enjoyable way to get to Luxor is by felucca - a traditional sailing boat. Just as the locals travelled in ancient times, we will join our own private felucca, which will be more comfortable than the ancient traditional style! This promises to be a surreal experience. A massage workshop will provide you with basic massage skills you can share with your partner, offering great benefits by enhancing your sensory development. In between massage workshops, groups discussions and eating, we will sail by the magnificent landscape along the Nile and beyond, and visit some of the temples that line this ancient river. A magic 2 days.
Day 11 - Luxor - Monday
Ancient Egyptians once believed that the purpose of living was to prepare for the afterlife. Luxor, the ancient capital of the New Kingdom, boasts some of the world’s most extraordinary monuments and temples that stand witness to this belief. This afternoon is yours for sightseeing and visiting the impressive Karnak temple.
Day 12 - Luxor - Tuesday
Champagne in the desert! The most spectacular way to view Luxor’s monuments and surrounding villages is from a hot air-balloon as the sun rises. Following this unforgettable experience you will continue your exploration of civilizations past, and tour the west bank to visit the magnificent Mortuary temple of Hatshepsut and the Valley of the Kings and Queens, also known as ‘The Place of Truth’. After an early start to the day you will have a well deserved afternoon rest to contemplate all you have experienced.
Day 13 - Luxor - Wednesday
Return to the Tao today and, as past Taoists did, devote time and study to the style and depth of thrusting. Taoists came to understand that without the proper understanding of thrusting there could be little benefit from the yin and yang communion. For Taoists, intercourse was like trying to produce electricity - without the proper friction, no spark could be obtained. This afternoon you have the choice to participate in an optional tour of Luxor Temple and Luxor Museum.
Day 14 - Cairo - Thursday
TThis morning fly to Cairo, arriving late morning. Complete your last minute shopping or just relax and reflect on the last two weeks and how the Tao has changed your life. What better way can we finish our visit to Egypt than with a sensual Middle Eastern cooking class. Food, love and exercise are the three pillars of good health in the Taoist philosophy. In this cooking class we will explore Egypt’s present beliefs about aphrodisiac foods that enhance sexual pleasure, and the nutritional value they hold for your sexual energy and well-being.
Day 15 - Cairo - Friday
Conclude your retreat with a relaxing breakfast and our last visit to the Tao. Check out of the hotel at noon, and say goodbye to your new found friends and traveling companions. Enjoy life’s journey and never stop loving, as it is one of the most enjoyable things that
makes life worth living.
For those staying in town, Dr. Haya will be available for the rest of the day for additional private consultations.
