Morning: exercise followed by breakfast .
Mid morning: Dr. Haya Tao lecture.
Afternoon: You will be accompanied by a local guide for your site seeing.
Evening: most evenings will be free for you to reconnect with your partner or with yourself.

Day 1: Cairo
As group arrival transfer is provided by private coach to your hotel from Cairo international airport and will transfer you to your hotel. If you arrive outside of the group, the easiest way to transfer to your hotel is to take a taxi from the airport. We all will meet in the hotel lobby at 6:00 pm, for a short meeting and to go through the itinerary and I will answer any questions you might have.
Evening: join Dr. Haya for a complimentary welcome dinner, in a local down town restaurant.

Day 2 - Cairo
Morning: Exercise is regarded as one of the three Tao's pillars of life. This morning your day begins with a morning session of exercise -Belly Dancing - an excellent exercise which is extremely sensual, promising to awaken every fibre in your body, followed by a breakfast.
Mid morning: Tao lecture by Dr. Haya
Lunch: at your own leisure
Afternoon: you will meet your Egyptologist guide and start your guided tour to visit the Pyramids & Sphinx.
**Giza Pyramids: The Pyramids of Giza is considered to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The Pyramids are, of course, truly awe-inspiring, some of them dating back nearly 5,000 years. Nearby is the mysterious Sphinx, carved from a single block of stone. Enjoy a magnificent shopping experience at Bazaar & Papyrus. Transfer back to hotel
Optional to stay for the Pyramids Sound & Light show, or have a free evening

Day 3 - Cairo [overnight train to Aswan]
Morning: Belly dancing session, followed by a breakfast
Mid morning: Tao lecture by Dr. Haya
Luch: at Khan El Khalili Bazaar & lunch at a local restaurant
**Khan El-Khalili Bazaar: Meet your tour coordinator & transfer to the fascinating Khan El-Khalili Bazaar – reputed to be the largest bazaar in the Middle East. Originally founded as a watering stop for caravanserai in the 14th century, the bazaar has now grown to vast proportions.
Evening: we leave Cairo behind and take the first class sleeper train to the delightful town of Aswan. Set on the banks of the Nile, Aswan is both dramatic and idyllic. Aswan is a relaxed and easy town to explore, and from here you can watch the Nile squeeze between the Eastern Desert and the Sahara.
Transfer to the railway train station for your Sleeper train to Aswan
Dinner and Overnight onboard the sleeper train.

Day 4 - Aswan
Breakfast on board of sleeper train. On arrival at Aswan railway train station we will transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle to your Aswan hotel.
Mid morning: Tao lecture by Dr. Haya
Lunch at a local restaurant on the Nile river banks
Afternoon: Meet your Egyptologist guide and start your guided tour to visit the Nubian Museum.
**Nubian Museum: The Nubia Museum, in Aswan, as a matter of fact, is deemed to be one of the most
important Egyptian museums. A number of factors have combined together, yielding the
magnificence of such a unique museum, as it is the only unique open museum of its kind.
Free evening or Optional Dinner at Nubian restaurant with oriental show

Day 5 - Aswan
Morning: Belly dancing session followed by a breakfast
Mid morning: Tao lecture by Dr. Haya
Afternoon: enjoy Nubian cooking class at a Nubian restaurant: eat what you cook in a Nubian Egyptian way.
Free evening

Day 6 - Aswan [overnight train to Luxor]
Morning: An optional tour to Abu Simbel is offered today. This excursion is approximatly a 4 hour return journey (including flights) transfers and guided tour. Abu Simbel is regarded as a true labor of love. This Temple of Ramses II and his beloved wife Nefertari, is the most impressive monument in Nubia.
Afternoon: we will spend the Sunset relaxing on the Nile River on a traditional felucca (local boat).
Evening: we will depart for our first class sleeper train to Luxor.

Day 7 - Luxor

Morning: Belly dancing session, followed by a breakfast
Mid morning: Tao lecture by Dr. Haya
Afternoon: Meet your Egyptologist guide and start your guided tour to visit the Karnak Temple.
** Built over a period of two millennia by generations of Pharaohs, the 62 acre Temple of Karnak was dedicated to the God Amun. It could take days to explore all of the numerous pylons, obelisks and smaller temples within. Proceed to the Temple of Luxor, once connected to Karnak via the Avenue of Human-headed Sphinxes, almost 3 kilometers in length.Transfer back to hotel.

Day 8 - Luxor
[train to Cairo]
Morning: Buffet breakfast at Hotel.

After breakfast you will be driven to the West Bank. Ancient Egyptians once believed that the purpose of living was to prepare for the afterlife. Luxor, the ancient capital of the New Kingdom, boasts some of the world’s most extraordinary monuments and temples that stand witness to this belief.
**Valley of the Kings: Begin your day with a visit to the West Bank of Luxor to explore the Valley of the Kings, a vast City of the Dead where magnificent tombs were carved into the desert rocks, decorated richly, and filled with treasures for the afterlife by generations of Pharaohs. Proceed to visit the Valley of Queens. On the way back to the river Nile, your road passes by the famed Colossi of Memnon, known in Ancient Greek times for their haunting voices at dawn.
Afternoon: free
Evnening:
Transfer to the railway train station for your Sleeper train to Cairo
Dinner and overnight onboard the sleeper train(BD)

Day 9 - Cairo
Breakfast: onboard the sleeper train, followed by your transfer to your Hotel in Cairo.
Morning: Meet your Egyptologist guide in the hotel lobby and start your guided tour to visit the Egyptian Museum
The Egyptian Museum kept as the last place for you to visit, because now you will appreciate it much more than if you had visited first. The Museum will bring together all that you have seen in Egypt and have learned about Tao, thus completing your journey in a full circle.
**Museum: our Egyptologist will escort you on a tour of 7,000 years of Egyptian history with a visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, which includes the world-famous golden treasures from King Tutankhamen ‘s tomb.
Afternooon:Free, maybe for your last min shopping or just to relax and reflect on all that you have experienced in egypt with a cup of tea and a sisha [water pip] by the Nile river.
Evening: Join dr. Haya for a farewell dinner

Day 10 - Cairo
Buffet breakfast at Hotel.
This morning we will meet with Dr. Haya for breakfast, say good bye to our new found friends and transfer by private coach to Cairo International airport for your flight back home. (B)
