SR-Centre Inc. is not a travel agency - it is an incorporated organisation. I believe this new service will encourage couples, families and individuals to rediscover the meaning of love whilst traveling the world.
As the Tao facilitator I will accompany the tour as a consultant sexologist and educator. I will not act as your tour guide. Local guides will be provided for each tour to give you a first hand cultural experience. They are all qualified English-speaking guides, provided by
an in-country travel operator. As organizer, I coordinate and oversee all the arrangements in conjunction with my in-country travel operators.

Prices advertise on the website are correct at the time of publishing.
I reserves the right to alter these prices at anytime. The price of your holiday retreat is guaranteed when you have paid in full.
If your holiday retreat of the date you request is already full, I will contact you and offer an alternative date, or a full refund of your deposit. Upon receiving your booking form and confirmation space on the retreat of you choice, I will send you a detailed dossier of your retreats.
Due to uniqueness of the Dr. Haya Holiday Retreats, It will be a non-refundable registration fee of US$800 per couple, or a US$400 fee per individual, which required to confirm a reservation. To avoid unnecessary paperwork, I recommend you think carefully and make sure this is the tour you wish to participate.
Payments can be made via Internet banking to SR-Centre Inc. bank account, or via credit card through a secure Pay Pal site.
The final payment covering you balance of your holiday retreat due 60 days prior to retreat departure, with exception to late booking.
Booking accepted less then 60 days prior to retreat departure can be secured with the deposit; and full payment much get to me with in the following 14 days.
If the balance is not paid when on the due date,[60 days prior to retreat departure] I reserves the right to regard the reservation as cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Unless there are difference arrangement had been made directly with me.
All tour prices are quoted in USD, and payment via Pay Pal has been set to receive USD and Australian dollars only, therefore your credit card will be charged in USD and the equivalent amount in your local currency will be deducted from your account.
Important note:
Visas are the responsibility of the traveller and are not included in the tour price. Participants must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the departure date and must arrange a valid visa for the destination country. Contact the Embassy in your country or
contact your local travel agent to arrange a visa on your behalf.
Cancellations
If you decided to cancel your retreat please send me written notice of your cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable and refunds are calculated according to the following: 61 days or more prior to trip departure - refund less retreat deposit. 31 and 59 days prior to retreat departure - 50% of total booking cost or loss of deposit; whichever is the greater Less than 0 to 30 days prior to departure - 100% of the retreat cost If you fail to join my retreat, or join after its departure of leave prior to the retreat end, I reserves the right to set the amount of refund (if any). They are usually covered by your trip cancellation/travel insurance, provided the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of the policy. Please make sure you have the right policy.
Insurance
Please make sure your travel insurance policy covers against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation [evacuation] and personal liability. I also recommend you to cover yourself with cancellation cover, loss of luggage and personal affects. In the event of a trip cancellation or if you need to cancel a trip due to personal or family illness or accident, non-refundable air and land costs can often be reimbursed. Please be sure your insurance covers medical emergency evacuation.
Cancelation by Dr. Haya
I reserves the right to cancel any of my holiday retreats if the number of sing-up is not inadequate to make my retreats economically feasible for me.[unless other arrangement were made directly with me]. If cancelation happens, I will give a full refund of the retreat
cost paid. However, I will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the retreat. [ such as non refundable air tickets] If the retreat is under booked I will inform you before your final payment is due. I also reserves the right to cancel any of my retreats at any time prior to departure due or natural disasters, political instability, terrorism, or any other external events which makes travel unsafe. If you hold a fully paid booking you may choose an alternative date or destination. I am not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of cancellation due to your safety. such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or loss of enjoyment, etc. I reserves the right to decline any trip application for any reason, or to dismiss any tour member at any time for inappropriate behaviour. In such a case, a refund equal to the actual cost of the unused services is the limit of Dr. Haya Tours’ responsibility.
Arrival and Departure
Each trip begins and ends in a town accessible by plane, train or bus. For some tours, it may be preferable to arrive at the starting point the night prior to the Retreat date. I will be happy to provide you with instructions on how to phone or fax the hotels yourself, or to
make reservations on your behalf.
Accommodation
According to the itinerary and due to the nature of the trip, single supplements will not be available on Dr. Haya Tours. Individuals will share a room with someone of the same gender.
Health
Vaccinations and health warnings are mandatory for certain destinations, especially in Asia or the Middle East. Please check with your local health authority with regard to which vaccinations are required, such as Malaria, Hepatitis A and B and others.
TRIP PRICE INCLUDES
* All accommodation in 3-4 star hotels inline with the country standard.
* Breakfast,
* Scheduled admission fees to historic sites
* All cooking classes
* Experienced local guides
* All transportation during the trip - bus, train, plane, (unless otherwise noted)
* Dr. Haya’s lectures and two optional private sessions per couples / individuals.
TRIP PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
* Air and land transportation to and from the holiday retreat destination
* Beverages and meals not specified in itinerary
* Personal Expenses and incidentals
* Non-scheduled visits and activities
* Your Travel insurance.
* Visa to the destination country (passports need to be valid for at least 6 months from departure)
* Lunch and dinner are not include, so you will need US$10-15 for food per day. This is a guide only.
Some may choose to spend more.
*If you choose an extra private sessions, a fee of US$50 per hr will apply.
Responsibility and Release
Payment of your deposit represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions also give notice that all services and arrangements related to this tour have been made by Dr. Haya as a consultant only and upon the express condition that Sr-Centre Inc. shall not be liable. Sr-Centre does not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial losses whether to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience resulting from any act of omission, commission or inadvertence of any hotel, carrier, restaurant or other company or person, rendering any of the services included in the tour or caused by weather, sickness, strikes, quarantines or the willful or negligent acts of any other tour members, or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of Dr. Haya.
