TAO’S PHILOSOPHY
It is a six century B.C. Ancient Chinese Philosophy that emphasises on the teaching for how to attain longevity, health and well being, through the mastery of Loving Skills. The core of the philosophy is the understanding of the principle of Yin and Yang. Taoists were Chinese physicians who were the first sexologists to understand that good health was closely linked to love making. For the Taoist, lovemaking was regarded as necessary to the physical and mental health and the happiness of both men and women in society.

**The Tao Principles of Loving
Taoist philosophy is the belief that energy and momentum are the sources of all life. In the universal scheme of things we human beings are tiny, insignificant and vulnerable creatures. This is the essential point of the Tao. The Tao is the infinite force of nature. To practice Tao, one must be truly relaxed and natural in order to become a part of this infinite force. There are three basic concepts that distinguish the Tao from other sex studies. These must be understood properly before they can be mastered. In this session we will discuss the three basic concepts of Tao.
**The elements for a healthy and balanced Relationship
A relationship consists of two individuals who try to achieve harmony and balance with each other. But what are the components for a healthy and good relationship? What do we bring into our relationships as individuals? In this session as a group we will discuss the elements that influence balance and imbalance in relationships e.g... gender roles, values and belief systems, cultural and religious backgrounds and our past experiences to name but a few.
**The important of the Yin and Yang harmony
Yin (female energy) and Yang (male energy) exists within each of us. In this session you will explore your personal Yin and Yang characteristics and how to harmonies with your partners Yin and Yang in order to enhance your intimate relationships and to gain the full benefits from them.
How to enhance your Intimate Relationships
The importance of learning "Love Making Skills" - For Taoists, learning "Loving skills", is like an artist who learns painting techniques, and then adds their own feelings, thoughts and imagination to bring life into their paintings. Loving ecstatically and poetically is very much the same. The development of all your senses and imagination will lead you to the path of true harmony of yin and yang.
The love making skills we will discuss are;
(There is no sexual activity in group sessions.)
1. Male and Female Sexual Response Cycle [SRC] - For the Yin and Yang to be in harmony, women as well as men need to be equally and completely satisfied in their lovemaking. During this mornings session, we will explore the male and female sexual response cycle [SRC].
2. Western and Eastern methods of ejaculation control - In ancient times as in the West today, ejaculation control was a very important part of love making. The ancient Taoists gave great attention to every detail of control. For Taoists, it is a skill like any other and it takes practice to become proficient. Once mastered thoroughly, the body will adapt and it will become the most natural thing in the world. It will give men confidence and the opportunity to love much more freely and creatively.
3. The important of female sexual satisfaction and how to observe it - The Tao of Loving owes its existence largely to the ancient Chinese desire to satisfy women as well as men. For the yin and yang to be in harmony, women as well as men need to be equally and completely satisfied. Until very recently the idea that female satisfaction was important was revolutionary. And it has literally taken a ‘sexual revolution’ in the West to accept this concept, where as in ancient China it was the basic philosophy of Taoism. Men need to learn how to observe female satisfaction and how to interpret a women's reaction in love making.
4. Erotic kissing - Taoists emphasizes the importance of deep, erotic kissing. They place kissing as second only to the actual act of intercourse. In erotic kissing, as in sexual intercourse, both partners benefit from the harmony of yin and yang. We will explore the advantages of erotic kissing for individual sexual arousal, as a form of sexual communication, and how to improve your erotic kissing skills.
5. Loving Thrusts and Love positions - The Taoists devoted a great deal of time and study to the style and depth of thrusting and love positions. They came to understand that without the proper understanding of thrusting there could be little benefit from the Yin and yang communion. For Taoists, intercourse was like trying to produce electricity - without the proper friction, no spark could be obtained. For Taoists it was important that the love making lose none of its attraction through thoughtless repetitions, and that partners do not become bored with one another. The communion of Yin and yang must be joyfully maintained for the aim of good health, longevity and inner harmony.
6. Proper Breathing exercises to enhance ones sexual energy - Proper breathing is essential to our spiritual as well as to our physical health. Proper diaphragmatic breathing is the basic to almost all forms of meditation. Proper breathing improving sexual organs and enhances sexual pleasure.
7. Learn the secret of Nurturing - we often forget the power of nurturing. In this session we will explore individual's definition to Nurturing and gain few extra skills that will enhance you ability to nurture your partner. Nurturing is all about the small things that matter and the skills for observation...
8. Learning to Communicate and know what is good communication that works for you and your partner’s needs -
Besides learning to touch each other, we need to learn to communicate with each other as well. It is not simply what you say but how we say it. In a way, we are still like babies, we react to sounds rather than actual words, and it is particularly true in love - making. Communication is a means of obtaining intimacy with others, and it is one of the great joys of life. The key word in understanding good communication is the word Skills, such as a repertoire of both problem-solving and supportive skills.
Maintain a Healthy Life Style
FOOD
Aphrodisiac foods have been used through the ages in the East and West. As part of your Tao journey you will have the opportunity to explore local cultural beliefs regarding the foods that increase sexual arousal and sexual pleasure. Each country offers different aphrodisiac foods and together we will learn the art of preparing stimulating dishes. Learn how to turn every dinner into a romantic dinner, with simple and easy nutritional aphrodisiac cuisine which promises to leave you with a great deal of healthy desirable energy! Aphrodite was the Greek Goddess of Love. She was the 'Venus' of the Romans. Regardless of whether aphrodisiac foods are a psychological or visual sensory stimulation, in today’s affluent society where food is readily available, we tend to eat and drink too much. Over-indulgence in any form is harmful to us, as are many of the processed foods that we conveniently consume. Taoists, as with most nutritionists today, believed that a healthy body forms the basis of a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition was taken very seriously in ancient China and is just as important for us today. Those who know the Tao are like good cooks who know how to blend the five flavors into a tasty dish and into heavenly pleasure. Eating in this way harmonizes the Yin and Yang.
EXERCISE
Lovemaking in itself is very important exercise for the body, but it is not enough. It does not exercise all the muscles of the body. For Taoists, exercise is regarded as one of the three pillars of life. On your Tao journey you will be given the opportunity to experience different forms of exercise, such as Tai Chi , Meditation, Proper breathing, Belly Dancing that promises to awaken every fibre in your body. For those that travel to Israel you will also experience Israeli Folk Dancing...
