Dr. Haya was born in Israel to North African jewish parents. Her earlier childhood had lived in a Kibbutz, whose communal life style taught her tolerance and respect for the view of other, as well as the value of corporation and teamwork and concern of the community as a whole. After leaving Israel, she have traveled widely and for the past 25 years, and have lived in America, Asia, Europe and Australia, which she become a citizen of in 1989. With her abounded experience and a talent for observation she develop a deep and thoroughly empathetic understanding of human need and desires. This led her to the USA, were she obtain her Master’s Degree in Human Sexuality [M.H.S] in 1992 and her Doctorate of Education in Human Sexual health [Ed.D] in 1995, from the institute of advance study of human sexuality. [ IASHS ]

She have been in private practice in Perth since 1996, consulting couples and individuals who experienced emotional distress in their relationship especially in their intimate love life. After a decade in private practice Dr. Haya come into the conclusion that most people, actually do not need therapy, but rather a proper education. As a professional she felt it is her professional obligation to fine a new way to educate couples and individuals , but in a less sterile environment.

AND to do so, she left her private practice in Perth, and embark on a new learning venture. Between 2004 and 2006 she took a position as a tour leader, and led 34 tours in Indochina and the Middle East, for a prestigious Australian travel company. These tours gave her the inspiration to create her new professional venture: couples and singles retreats.

As a therapist and a world traveller, she now have the opportunity to utilise her experiences and offer a new and unique professional way to educational others. She believe those retreats can be use as a prevention to newlywed, parents and their future generation.
